RISTORANTE GOES GLUTEN FREE

Did you know, it’s estimated that Coeliac disease affects 1 in 100 people in the UK, with an even greater number of people now choosing a gluten free diet for health and lifestyle reasons?

With many consumers struggling to find a gluten free pizza that really delivered on taste & quality, Dr. Oetker Ristorante, the UK’s No.1 thin and crispy frozen pizza brand, has launched two brand new gluten free pizzas.

I‘m a big fan of pizza, but sometimes eating all that dough can make you feel bloated.  The gluten free variety didn’t make me feel that way, so I’m a convert.  The pizzas tasted just the same, so that’s a WIN-WIN!  They are easy to cook from frozen – taking just 8-12 minutes in the oven.  I added extra tomato on mine!

‘Pizza Mozzarella’ features delicious mozzarella, freshly sliced baby tomatoes, a drizzle of pesto and tomato sauce on a thin and crispy gluten free base and ‘Pizza Salame’ which is topped with lightly spiced, tender slices of salami, cheese, tomato sauce, on a thin and crispy gluten free base.

Ristorante Gluten Free ‘Pizza Mozzarella’ and ‘Pizza Salame’ are £3.50 each and are available from Tesco and Iceland now.

Note:: I was gifted 2 x vouchers to trial the gluten free pizza range and my views are honest.
