Returning to London recently was Live Well which is the UK’s most inclusive wellbeing festival in the UK.

I took the train from Norwich to London with Greater Anglia and made my way over to Old Billingsgate, a phenomenal old building which was perfect for the venue.

The event was suited to all age groups and there was loads of opportunities to take join classes and learn from leading experts in well being, health and fitness.

Did you know that 2019 was the year of the wellness boom where millennials were credited with driving a $4.3 trillion global wellness market?

Fuelled by a rejection of burning the candle at both ends, more and more of us are now seeking better ways to understand our minds and our bodies and are taking a proactive and holistic approach to our health. Me included.

The Live Well festival encompassed the many elements of holistic wellbeing, creating a three-day celebration jam-packed with motivational talks from leading names in physical and emotional health, nutrition and fitness, workout classes from beginner to expert level, interactive demonstrations and experiences.

On the main floor there was a Live Kitchen where chefs were cooking up global food and vegan delights, a good spot to have lunch with Hanoi Kitchen and KALEIDO Rolls and chat about the latest food trends.

Nearby you could spend time shopping and I came across a fabulous skincare company called Ingenious Beauty.

Already intrigued by collagen supplements, these guys really are the ones to buy from as their collagen is 100% natural and is scientifically formulated for maximum absorption and proven to reduce fine lines by 26%. Bring it on!

It was fabulous to meet Matt Miller. He’s a fitness trainer, TV personality and founder of BROGA Fitness.  45 minutes of high intensity yoga, Broga, fitness, his class was insane!

I’m with Matt Miller, founder of Broga

I also joined the lovely Camille Vidal for her yoga class.  She is the founder of La Maison Wellness and curates wonderful alcohol-free drinks.

Next up is Live Well in Manchester – 3rd & 4th October 2020.
