There is nothing better than a relaxing day at the beach and Croatia has some of the world’s most beautiful beaches. Complete with Adriatic seaside views and small islands dotting the horizon, you will always find one that will blow your mind with beauty.

I am lucky enough to be cruising the Adriatic seas as a guest of Sail Croatia.  Here are my Top 10 beaches! So if you’re far away, just sit back and relax…imagine sitting on your sun lounger or laying out your sun towel. Slap on the SPF cream and join me in this beach and most peachy seaside adventure….

1: Hvar Islands (Pakleni, Hvar Island)

Like Zrce Beach, this party spot is packed with glamorous motor boaters and ‘yachties’ together with sun tanned tourists throughout the months of July and August.  Likened to San Tropez, (but without the super price tag that comes with that destination) – it’s famous for its nightlife – Hvar Islands seriously has the music pumping and the cold drinks and bubbles flowing! This is THE island to hang out and party on.  Rated as my Number One!

2: Girandella Beach (Rabac, Istria Island)

Girandella Beach offers tourists a beautiful rocky shoreline to explore during the day and lively partying right on the beach at night with spin house and techno music.

3: Valalta Resort (Rovinj)

Valalta Resort is perfect for romantic couples, honeymooners and anyone looking for a beach that offers luxurious accommodations and beautifully maintained beaches.

4: Plat Beach (Dubrovnik)

Plat Beach may be small, but it makes up for it with it beautiful views and spirited nightlife. With little shade and even less privacy, this nude beach is a tourist favorite and one of Croatia’s best hidden beaches.

5: Zlatni Rat (Bol, Brac Island)

Home to the Golden Horn, a 580-yard long sand bar, Zlatni Rat beach caters to the water sports crowd but still has a wide range of nightclubs for party goers.

Zlatni rat, Bol

6: Zrce Beach (Novalja, Pag Island)

This tourist favorite located on Pag Island is a nightlife hotspot. DJ’s, open air night clubs, cold drinks and hot tubs make Zrce Beach a party spot for those who like the club scene.

7: Sv. Jerolim (Sveti Jerolim, Hvar Island)

Another Hvar Islands favorite is Sveti Jerolim. More isolated and preserved than some Croatian beaches, this nude beach is more relaxed and serene without the party atmosphere.

8: Brela Beach (Vrulja)

What you would expect in a Mediterranean beach community, Brela Village is a white sand beach lined with fig trees and olive groves. Open to nude sunbathing and swimming, Brela Beach offers some of Croatia’s most scenic beach views.

9: Kandalora Beach (Frkanj Peninsula, Rab Island)

Kandalora Beach is another of Croatia’s nude beaches, perfect for couples looking for a more private beach atmosphere. Those sailing in from the Adriatic will find many accessible coves to dock at.

10: Baska Beach (Krk Island)

Baska Beach is located on Croatia’s largest island, Krk Island in Kvarner Bay. This is one beach that has something for everyone. From incredible nightlife, restaurants and cafes, to private coves and beautiful beaches, Baska is a go-to destination for many locals and tourists.
