World Gin Day is upon us on Saturday 10th June!  In my household this day will not go unmarked!

COCKTAIL | MRS BENNER’S G&T

Ingredients

40ml Dingle Original Gin
40ml Orange & Peppered Tonic Syrup
15ml Fresh Lime
10ml Angostura Amaro
2 drops Orange Bitters
1 Egg White

To Garnish

Baby Basil Leaves

Method:

Combine all ingredients
Shake and double strain
Serve in a coupe glass. Garnish with the baby basil leaves.
Serve immediately.
